To assist building operators, C M Lighting offers Lighting and Sign Audit Inspections at predetermined intervals to suit your individual building needs (for example: once every three months) by qualified, trained electricians.
These lighting and sign audit inspections include visual inspection and repair to all interior and exterior building lights and exterior pole lighting and signs for outages and/or damage. Our service includes:
- Extended reach to inspect and repair all parking lot pole lights, fluorescent and high-rise pylon signs with our new 65' bucket truck
- Visual inspection and repair of all interior and exterior building lights
- Submission of a thorough report to the Facility Manager upon completion
